FAQs

Where are you located? We are located in Yelm, Washington.

Do you ship? Yes, shipping starts at $6. When ordering more items at a time I combine to save you shipping costs. 

If local can I pick up? Yes locals can pick up, just specify so at checkout and you wont pay shipping! Then you can message me for my address and set a day and time for pickup. I am available most afternoons to evenings for porch pickups.

Do you charge sales tax? We are required to tax only Washington residents. We don't tax outside of WA and also don't tax on shipping. 

How do your sizes run? Most of the items run true to size, many actually run bigger. I will specify on each item. I order from various vendors and they all have their unique sizing, but most are similar. If they provide size charts I will put them in along with the pictures and all the details of each item. If you ever have any questions on how an item fits feel free to ask me! Most of my items do not run small, if they do I will also specify. I do have a few junior size items. So read the details of each item listed to make sure it's right for you.

Can I try on before I buy? Typically no because I run my business out of my home and currently don't have a place for anyone to try items on. My goal is so someday have a place where you can try on, so stay tuned! I do however do events on occasion and will provide a dressing room when I do! So follow my Facebook pages to get updates for my next event!

What if something doesn't fit right? Can I return it? Yes! I have an exchange policy should anything not work out! It is as follows:

Please try on your item asap once you receive it. If it was mailed to you, SAVE THE PACKAGE IT CAME IN in case you need to return it, for your convenience. Otherwise you can get free envelopes from the Post office.

You have 10 days upon receiving it to return it for store credit. The item you are returning would need to be in its original condition, unworn and with tags if it came with tags to you. You are responsible for the shipping cost to ship it back, but I will apply that shipping cost toward your credit balance. Your credit will not be applied toward future shipping costs. But you’ll be extended a credit toward your balance for your expenses. Once I receive your returned item it may be swapped for another size (if one is available) or another item that’s in stock. *You may use your credit toward “Pre-Sale” items as well (items not yet in stock). However, you’ll have to pay 60% of that item plus shipping. In this case your credit will be used as a 40% discount toward future “pre-sale” purchases until you are fully redeemed. These terms & conditions ensure that neither buyer or seller are out money; and are subject to change as I grow and learn! Thank you for your support and understanding!!
